Late Gear Change - Momack (Kembla Grange, Saturday)

Please note the following for Kembla Grange on Saturday (16th May).

In Race 5, No.3 - MOMACK: Racing NSW Stewards have acceded to a late gear request from the Richard & Michael Freedman stable for the Cross-over Noseband to be REMOVED from the gear of Momack, and for a Norton Bit to be added to the gelding's gear.

Stewards have permitted this on the basis that Momack over-raced in the middle stages at its previous start at Kembla Grange where it was obliged to shift out to avoid heels and race wide  without cover for the remainder of the event.

Momack has since responded well to the application of a Norton Bit in its trackwork whereby it has not had a tendency to work too keenly.
