Local trainer Kim Waugh, enjoying a run of success, is set to add to her season tally at Monday's Wyong race meeting. Waugh will saddle up three runners with the three-year-old filly Mighty Marmalade ($2.70 favourite with TAB fixed odds) the standout. An odds-on favourite on debut on this track on February 20, Mighty Marmalade will be ridden by Brenton Avdulla in the www.wyongraceclub.com.au Maiden Plate (1200m).

Mighty Marmalade was a good thing beaten on debut when she missed the start and was forced off the track when making a run on the home turn. The filly was beaten by a head. Waugh’s New Zealand-bred 2yo Trumbull ($6) is on debut in the Hudson Homes 2yo Maiden (1200m) after two barrier trial wins. He looks hard to beat with Avdulla aboard. Chicago Stomp ($5.50) is first-up in the Great Northern On Tap at Wyong Class 1 (1350m) and he is Waugh’s other runner.

RACE 1 (WWW.TAB.COM.AU 3YO MAIDEN, 1350m): With four scratchings just a field of two goes around. Ron Quinton's Supreme Rhythm ($1.45 fav) should prove too strong for Fields of Glory ($2.30) with the tactics from both jockeys to provide the interest.

RACE 2 (GREAT NORTHERN ON TAP AT WYONG CLASS 1, 1350m): Casino Angel ($6) finished strongly when she overcame a bump in the straight to win at Gosford recently. Now that she has broken through the mare can go on with it in this field. Thy Kingdom Come ($3.90 fav) is first-up and he won a Kembla maiden by 6 lengths in September. The Patrician ($6.50) is consistent and he is a chance in this field.

RACE 3 (DE BORTOLI WINES CLASS 1, 1600m): Decroux ($1.35 fav) is a front runner and will be difficult to run down here. He led all the way to win a four-horse race at Warwick Farm a month ago. Then he was placed at Rosehill last start on February 28. Our Mantra ($2.90) was placed at Canterbury two starts back and he had good metropolitan form in the spring. Raptor ($12) is the only other chance.

RACE 4 (HUDSON HOMES 2YO MAIDEN, 1200m): Stunts ($1.75 fav) resumes here after a nice trial. He was placed in the Victory Vein at Randwick in October and he was runner-up at Rosehill three weeks later. The colt is the only horse in this event that has raced. Farranfore ($5) has been travelling well and he has a soft draw. Trumbull ($6) has won two recent trials.

RACE 5 (WINNING COMMERCIAL MAIDEN, 2100m): Petite ($1.65 fav) was placed a couple of times in Victoria before a luckless placing at Newcastle on March 1. The filly is a strong stayer and will appreciate the step up in distance. Maria Victoria ($7) was very unlucky when narrowly beaten at Gosford last start. Glasgow Grey ($31) was a close third at Gosford last start.

RACE 6 (WWW.WYONGRACECLUB.COM.AU MAIDEN, 1200m): Mighty Marmalade ($2.70 fav) was a good thing beaten on debut on this track on February 20. The filly missed the start and was forced off the track when making a run on the home turn. She was only beaten by a head. Princess Kandis ($2.80) should run well first-up after an easy trial win. King Billy ($34) has been trialling well.

RACE 7 (LAKES PRINTERS BENCHMARK 73, 1100m): Johnny Roo Boy ($10) is a fast short courser with an ideal barrier and an apprentice who claims 3 kilograms. He was a winner in his only run on this track and he was close up at Warwick Farm last start. Bella Vella ($7) was run down late in a strong race on this track on March 3 and she has a chance. Music Magic ($11) is racing well on country tracks.

RACE 8 (GO ELECTRICAL TUGGERAH CLASS 2, 1100m): Easy Eddie ($1.40 fav) is a very fast horse with a good record and he won easily in his only run on this track. Looks too good for this lot. Cuba ($4) has Blake Shinn aboard and will run well first-up. Lakota has the rails draw.
