Trainer Reports To Stewards - Philizzy & Something Fast (Rosehill, Sat)

Please see the following in regards to Rosehill Gardens races on Saturday (14th March).

PHILIZZY: Trainer Anthony Cummings has advised Racing NSW Stewards that Philizzy was found to be displaying some muscle tightness following her working on 25 February 2020. He advised for the next seven days Philizzy was kept in light work and her blood profile was found to be normal during this period.

Mr Cummings further advised that the muscle tightness has since resolved and the filly has worked well on Saturday 7 March and Tuesday 10 March in preparation for Saturday’s Magic Night Stakes at Rosehill Gardens. A recent blood profile has found the filly suitable to race.

SOMETHING FAST: Trainer Anthony Cummings has also advised Racing NSW Stewards that Something Fast suffered a minor setback on 17 February 2020 when the gelding was kicked in the near hind leg by another stable's horse as it returned from work. Mr Cummings stated this delayed his return to racing this preparation and he missed two gallops following that incident.

Something Fast has been cleared of any injury by the stable veterinarian which included a precautionary scintigraphic examination on 2 March 2020. Mr Cummings further advised that Something Fast galloped strongly on Tuesday morning 10 March and is ready for his assignment on Saturday at Rosehill Gardens in Race 9 (Cerrone Handicap).
