Trainer Reports To Stewards - Emperor (Royal Randwick, Sat)

Trainer Matthew Dunn has this morning informed Racing NSW Stewards that EMPEROR was found to be lame in the near fore after completing trackwork on Thursday morning due to a foot issue.

Mr Dunn further advised that after being attended to by the farrier and stable veterinarian, the horse’s condition has improved noticeably.

Arrangements have been made for EMPEROR to undergo an official veterinary examination later today to assess the colt’s suitability to race at Royal Randwick on Saturday (5th February).
