Trainer Reports To Stewards - Ayrton (Sydney Spring Carnival)

Co-Trainer Mick Price has reported to Racing NSW Stewards that AYRTON, which is being prepared to compete during the Sydney Spring Carnival in races including the TAB Epsom Handicap and The Golden Eagle, has today been found to have swelling to it’s near hind leg and has lameness in that area.

Mr Price advised that Ayrton has been treated by his stable veterinarian, however, at this point there is no conclusive diagnosis.

Mr Price further advised that the stable will continue to assess the gelding and will report on the progress of Ayrton over the coming days and whether the condition may impact upon the gelding’s Sydney Spring Carnival plans.
