Trainer Michael Freedman has notified Racing NSW Stewards that PALLATON sustained a laceration below its left eye in a stable incident on Tuesday 4th March which required veterinary attention.
Mr Freedman advised that the colt had not missed any work and that he and stable veterinarian Dr David Garth were satisfied with its condition and suitability to race.
Racing NSW Chief Veterinary Officer, Dr Carly Garling has consulted with Dr Garth and will routinely examine PALLATON prior to taking its place in the Gr 2-Darley Todman Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick tomorrow.
