Jockey Nash Rawiller: Nash has advised he has a specialist appointment this afternoon to ascertain if he can obtain a clearance to ride at tomorrow’s Randwick meeting, following sustaining an injury to his right foot at the Hawkesbury race meeting yesterday. Once that advice has been received Racing NSW Stewards will make a further release in respect to his availability to ride tomorrow.
Report from Trainer Mr Jamie Richards – Entriviere (NZ); Racing NSW General Manager of Veterinary Services, Dr Toby Koenig this morning conducted an inspection of Entriviere (NZ) following a report from trainer Mr Jamie Richards that the mare was found to be mildly lame in the off fore leg following working at Randwick yesterday morning. After liaising with the stable veterinarian, Dr Koenig has advised the mare has responded well to treatment and the lameness has improved. Dr Koenig will conduct a final inspection of Entriviere (NZ) before 7:30am tomorrow morning to ascertain the mare’s suitability to start in Race 9 – Toy Show Quality at Randwick tomorrow.
Report From Trainer Chris Waller – She’s All Class: Chris Waller has advised Stewards that She’s All Class was withdrawn from its engagement in the Darley Silver Shadow Stakes at tomorrow’s Royal Randwick race meeting due to a mildly elevated temperature. Mr Waller has further advised that it is intended for the filly to progress on to the Darley Furious Stakes on 4 September 2021 provided she recovers quickly and pleases him in her work.
