Mazu – Update From Peter & Paul Snowden

Co-trainer Mr Paul Snowden has today advised Racing NSW Stewards that Mazu, which was withdrawn from its engagement in the Premiere Stakes at Royal Randwick on Saturday 30 September, had responded well to chiropractic treatment and appears to have overcome the minor injury it sustained in its stable.

Mr Snowden confirmed that it is the stable’s intention to trial Mazu at Rosehill Gardens tomorrow morning in preparation for The Everest.

A veterinary clearance has been provided to Stewards which will allow the horse to participate in the barrier trial.
