Graff's dominant victory on Saturday saw him rocket into second favourite for the Golden Rose with TAB cutting his price from $51 into $8.
Find out what the jockeys made of their runs in the G3 San Domenico Stakes (1100m) at Rosehill Gardens.
Jason Collett (Graff): “Great win, he seems to have a lot of bottom to him and that was quite easy in the end. He started to really pull me into it 700-800m out and I thought 'ease up boy'. It’s a bit of testing track out there at the moment, but he had no problems with it.”
Hugh Bowman (Performer): “Very happy with him it was a good performance, he has come back very well.”
Andrew Adkins (Paquirri): “Bounced well, was able to get a trail behind the favourite, probably didn’t appreciate that track and blew out at the furlong. There’s improvement in him.”
Corey Brown (Jonker): “Ran well just didn’t really handle that track.”
Ms Rachel King (Dio D'oro): “Really happy with how he has come back, he’s just a genuine seven furlong horse this preparation.”
Glyn Schofield (Plague Stone): “He ran okay, little bit slow to begin, settled well enough but he didn’t quite get there.”
James McDonald (Tchaikovsky): “Nice enough race, he’ll improve a lot with the run, just would prefer better track conditions.”
Kerrin McEvoy (Neutrality): “Good run, felt like he didn’t love the ground.”
Tim Clark (Ringerdingding): “He’ll make a nice gelding.”
