Find out what the jockeys made of their mounts after the Group 3 $175,000 Cellarbrations Magic Night Stakes (1200m) at Rosehill Gardens.
Tommy Berry (She’s Extreme): “She has a nice bit of timing about her. I think Anthony would be pretty happy. I trialled her first trial and really liked her. Then after I trialled her a second time around, I said to Anthony, ‘I think she might be close to looking for the paddock’.
“He said ‘You just leave it up to me’ so I didn’t ride her in her first couple of starts. I said ‘so can I ride her now?’ He said yeah not a problem. Full credit to Anthony, he’s done a great job with the filly.”

Rachel King (Magic Carpet): “Really super run. She just got left on her own a little bit. Got a bit lost.”
Sam Clipperton (Swift Sweet): “Great run. Nice filly for next time.”
Keagan Latham (Miss Faberge): “Good run. We tried the blinkers on and she got the revs up a little bit early on in the race. She finished off quite nicely.”
Brenton Avdulla (Atoine): “She struggled in the ground.”
Regan Bayliss (Winnertakesitall): “Just going to go for a spell and strengthen up a little bit.”
Tim Clark (Celestial Spirit): “Nice filly who needs to strengthen up a bit.”
Tom Sherry (Fun Sunday): “Just not up to that yet but will be OK when it steps up in distance.”
Chad Schofield (Yankee Hussel): “Definitely one to look out for when she gets over a bit further.”
Jason Collett (Regal Inheritance): “Too heavy.”
William Pike (Seiryu): “Still a bit green.”
