Find out what the jockeys made of their mounts after the Listed $200,000 Darley Lonhro Plate (1000m) at Royal Randwick.
Zac Lloyd (Castanya): “She’s a lovely filly, really push button. Obviously after her first run we were very happy with the run but we were just a bit worried about the 1000-metres again today. Once again she was run off her feet but the last 200 (metres) was very good.
“She’s still a bit all legs and she obviously doesn’t have that early toes as some of the other two-year-olds, but she’s got that flying finish. And the further she goes, the better she’ll be.”

Tommy Berry (Embassy): “Just got left in front on his own. Once Gai’s horse dropped off, he did a good job. The winner had race experience which was probably the difference.”
Adam Hyeronimus (Anode): “Not too bad from the bad gate. Just probably needs further.”
Ben Melham (Kingdom Undersiege): “Nice horse. Better suited on top of the ground.”
Regan Bayliss (The Three Hundred): “Terrific return. He will be good once he gets to six furlongs and beyond.”
Tom Sherry (Bronco Revolution): “She ran OK. She will be a better filly next preparation.”
Reece Jones (Capital Dancer): “Got into a nice spot. Still learning her trade a bit. Will be better for the experience."
Tim Clark (Celerity): “She has done a good job. She behaved herself, was a little bit steady out but made good ground late. She will come on from that experience.”
Jason Collett (Froebel Star): “Good run in transit. Overpowered late by the backmarkers.”
Dylan Gibbons (La Roja): “She's a really nice filly. She half missed it and from there we were not in a position to win the race but I loved the way she finished off. She will take plenty from today's experience.”
Kerrin McEvoy (Mrs Maree): “She was just fair. Needs some time.”
