Steward Tom Moxon has reported that Barrier Attendant David Seagrove has sustained an injury to his neck during the loading process at today’s trials at Rosehill Gardens.
Along with the soreness to his neck, David is experiencing tingling down his arms and has been transported to Westmead Hospital for further assessment.
He underwent a CT scan and MRI. It showed bruising but no major spine injury.
Mr Seagrove has been placed in a neck brace for 2 weeks and will be followed up by his GP.
He still has some tingling in his hand.
