Increase In Weights For Doncaster And Sydney Cup
2020 The Star Doncaster Mile & 2020 Schweppes Sydney Cup
It has been decided, in addition to weights measures introduced in response to the Coronavirus, all weights for both feature races will be increased by 1kg today.
In addition, if the topweight at final acceptances is below 57kg then weights would be raised further to meet this level.
Note: Jockeys in both races are able to apply for up to a 2kg overweight on top of the final acceptance weight.
