Star mare Winx is back in pre-training ahead of her spring campaign as she aims to extend her winning streak of 17.
“She has just come back in and taken it very quietly,” said Chris Waller’s Racing Manager Charlie Duckworth.
“She looks super. She is like a colt and didn’t get much of a winter coat. She looks fantastic all year round.
“The farm is amazing for her and it’s where she has been prepared all of her career and so they know her just as well as Chris almost so if they are happy with her it’s a good sign that she has come back well.
“She is ready to take the next steps over the next few weeks and is ready for another massive spring campaign.”
The five-year-old mare was last seen in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes over The Championships where she demolished her rivals and edged her prize money tally to a staggering $13 million.
