Veterinary Inspections - Golden Slipper Acceptors

Racing NSW Veterinarians, Dr Toby Koenig and Dr James Mizzi, conducted veterinary inspections of the following two-year-olds expected to accept for the Golden Slipper.

The following horses were found suitable to start:-

  • Microphone – James Cummings
  • Tenley – James Cummings
  • Kiamichi – James Cummings
  • Pin Sec – James Cummings
  • Exhilarates – James Cummings
  • Bivouac – James Cummings
  • Amercement – James Cummings
  • Time To Reign – Gary Portelli
  • Anaheed – P & P Snowden
  • Cosmic Force – P & P Snowden
  • Catch Me – P & P Snowden
  • McLaren – P & P Snowden
  • Lyre - Anthony Freedman
  • Free Of Debt – Chris Bieg
  • Dubious - Maher/Eustace
  • Loving Gaby - Maher/Eustace
  • Vincere Volare – Tony Gollan

Lankan Star – Hayes/Dabernig
Dr Koenig reported that Lankan Star was found to be slightly restricted in its action in front. The stable shall accept with Lankan Star and the filly will be subject to a further inspection later this week.

Athiri – James Cummings
Trainer Mr James Cummings today advised Racing NSW that Godolphin will NOT be accepting with Athiri.
