Race 2 Number 3 – The Drake – Please be advised that trainer John Sargent has advised that the gelding had undergone a tie-back procedure since its last start (Wyong – 3/8/18). The gelding has since trialled at Warwick Farm on 11 December 2018.

Race 8 Number 10 – Atomic Sunrise – Please be advised that trainers Peter & Paul Snowden have advised that the filly had undergone a procedure to remove bone chips from both knees since its trial at Rosehill 19/2/18. The filly has since trialled at Canterbury 13/11/18 and Rosehill 4/12/18.

Mitchell Bell declared on two runners

Please be advised that Racing NSW Stewards have permitted Mitchell Bell to be declared as the rider of both No. 3 Fairy Me Home (Chris Waller) & No. 13E (3rd Emergency) Noble Duke (John Thompson), which have accepted in Race 4 at Saturday’s Newcastle race meeting.

Should Noble Duke gain a start, Chris Waller will be required to find a suitable rider for Fairy Me Home.
