Trainers Report To Stewards (Bella Scenica & Jingles) - Goulburn Fri

Please be advised trainer John Bateman notified Racing NSW Stewards that BELLA SCENICA (no.9 in race 4, Maiden Plate, 1600m at Goulburn on Friday 1st September) sustained a small laceration to the bridge of its nose on Tuesday 29th August which was sutured. A veterinary clearance has been provided and Mr Bateman advises that the mare has missed no work of significance.

Further, trainer Mark Newnham notified Stewards that JINGLES (no.13 in the same race at Goulburn) has a healing laceration to its off-side shoulder which was sustained on 18th August and has also missed no work of significance.

Both horses will be examined by the Official veterinary officer upon arrival on course prior to being permitted to race.
