Racing NSW Stewards have scheduled an inquiry into complaints lodged to the Stewards relative to the treatment of horses used by the ATC Mounted Security Division. The inquiry is scheduled to be conducted at the Offices of Racing NSW, Sydney commencing at 10am on Friday, 3 March 2017.

In accordance with Section (e) of the relevant guidelines for the conduct of inquiries by Racing NSW Stewards, the inquiry is to be conducted “in camera” at this stage.

e. Whether the nature of the evidence that the Stewards might reasonably expect to receive from one or more individuals appearing before the inquiry may result in damage or potential damage to the reputation of another individual or entity.
