KENSINGTON TRACK (Wednesday 20th October)
Race 1, No.1 - AL SAHARA: Trainer John Sargent advised the mare has undergone arthroscopic surgery on both knees since it last raced in March 2021. The horse has since trialled on two occasions (Randwick 24/9/21 and 8/10/21).

HAWKESBURY (Thursday 21st October)
Race 2, No.5 - KUNG FU MUSHU: The Peter & Paul Snowden stable advised the mare has undergone arthroscopic surgery on her left knee since she last raced in January 2021. The horse has since trialled on two occasions (Randwick 10/9/21 and 8/10/21).
Race 5, No.10 - SAVOURER: The Richard & Michael Freedman stable advised the filly underwent tie-back surgery prior to its two trials (Rosehill 14/9/21 and 28/9/21).

QUEANBEYAN (Thursday 21st October)
Race 6, No.8 - DENIM STREET: Trainer Sarah Murray-Leslie advised Racing NSW Stewards that the mare is in foal (22nd September 2021).
