Smooth Celebration – Elevated Temperature (Randwick Saturday)

Racing NSW Stewards have been advised that Smooth Celebration, which is accepted to start in the Inglis Classic at Royal Randwick this Saturday, has been found today to have an elevated temperature and blood irregularities.

Permission has been granted by Racing NSW Stewards for a blood sample to be taken from the filly on the morning of Friday, 10 February 2017, with the results of the blood profile to be forwarded to Racing NSW Senior Official Veterinarian, Dr Craig Suann.

Smooth Celebration will require a veterinary clearance prior to taking its place in the Inglis Classic.
