A key qualifying race for the Group 1 $5 million TAB Golden Slipper is one of four group races at Rosehill Gardens this Saturday, three weeks from Sydney’s official Autumn carnival.
The Group 2 $300,000 TAB Silver Slipper Stakes will see the winner secure their place in the world’s richest race for two-year-olds to be run on 22 March.
Saturday’s 10-race card also features the Group 2 $400,000 Kia Ora Hobartville Stakes, Group 2 $300,000 Bisley Workwear Millie Fox Stakes and a capacity field in the Group 3 $250,000 Parramatta Cup.
Australian Turf Club Head of Racing and Wagering Nevesh Ramdhani said the TAB Silver Slipper Stakes was a vital guide to the TAB Golden Slipper.

“The support card also features some of Australia’s best horses as we build towards major Group 1 features in the coming weeks and months across Autumn.’’
Full fields for all races are available here.
