Reasons For Decision - Appeal By Trevor Sutherland (24 February 2021)
On 8 September 2020, Licensed trainer Trevor Sutherland was found by the Racing NSW Stewards to have breached LR114(5)(e), AR52 and AR229(h) of the Australian Rules of Racing for disposing of the thoroughbred horses Rozzi and Redfu.
