Reasons For Decision - Appeal By Hugh Bowman (24 October 2020)
On 17 September 2020, licensed jockey Hugh Bowman was found by the Racing NSW Stewards to have breached AR 129(2) of the Australian Rules of Racing when he rode the horse Farnan in Race 6 (Run to the Roses) at Randwick Racecourse over 1200m on 12 September 2020.
