Introduction
1. On 24 February 2021, the Panel dismissed an appeal by Adam Hyeronimus against findings made by the Racing NSW Stewards that he had twice breached AR115(1)(e) of the Australian Rules of Racing (Rules) relating to having an interest in bets placed on horses that he rode in races (Charges 1 and 2 – “the in-race betting charges”).
