An overview!
• Owners will now have to preregister in order to gain entry into Newcastle Racecourse.
• Owners will now enter via the main gates.
• The Owners Ticketing Booth has moved inside Newcastle Racecourse.
• We have some flash new Owners Tickets for you to show off.
• Owners and Owners Associates will receive the same type of ticket.
Pre-registration
Once acceptances have been issued, Owners will receive an email from Newcastle Racecourse with important information.
This includes a registration code which Owners must use in order to gain entry into Newcastle Racecourse. Once registered via our website, owners will be emailed 2 x Owners tickets that will grant them and a guest access to the racecourse via the main gates.

We have moved the Owners Ticket Window
From January 28th, Owners will enter at the main gates and show gate staff the ticket they have received by registering.
Owners will then be directed to the new Owners Window at the rear of the Administration Building. Here, Owners will be issued their physical Owners ticket. Please ensure you have valid ID ready.
Out with the old ticketing and in with the new
The Owners tickets have received quite the makeover. As well as a new look, Owners may now simply scan the QR code on the ticket to claim a complimentary $10 food and beverage voucher.
