2. Mednyi is a Capitalist colt who can claim the juvenile opener second-up. Led for a long way here when resuming off a 15 week break, and gets a nice 2kg weight drop. 1. Gambler is a huge threat coming back from the Group 2 Silver Slipper on a seven day back-up when he was easily collared after leading. Was well specked from $11.00 into $7.50 that day, and suited over the flying shorter course. Gap to the rest headed by 5. Bourbon Queen, a Street Boss filly on debut for the Michael Freedman stable behind two improving trials. 4. Alabama Charm resuming can add value into trifecta and first fours.
How to play it: Mednyi to win
Race 2 - 2:26PM BELL RIVER THOROUGHBREDS 3YO&UP MAIDEN HANDICAP (900 METRES) |

6. Rare Moon is an improving filly who put the writing on the wall second-up storming home late to miss by a whisker at Hawkesbury. Right at peak fitness, and can settle a bit closer in the run from the inside draw. 1. Capital Dancer can also peak third-up getting back on a firmer surface. 2. Western Lane, by Written By, is a big market watch on debut for the Gerald Ryan & Sterling Alexiou yard behind two trials. 7. Perasta is the best of the rest fourth-up, and back a shade in distance.
How to play it: Rare Moon to win
Race 3 - 3:01PM URBAN ANGUS MIDWAY CLASS 1 & MAIDEN PLATE (1850 METRES) |

3. Gwendie is an improving mare who looks to have something on this field deep into the prep. Charged home to win her maiden at Kembla before another strong finishing effort in a BM 64 here. Scratched from Friday night's Canterbury meeting to be saved for this. 8. Webejamin has been finding the line all prep, running into the placings in three consecutive races before failing to finish off last start at Kembla. 2. Think We're There is an honest home tracker who finished best to win a Super Maiden two starts back, and is better placed here after an ordinary effort at BM 64 country level. 7. Sunday is clear best of the rest from a sound draw with a claim after running home hard in a handy maiden at Wyong.
How to play it: Gwendie to win
Race 4 - 3:36PM DILLON & SONS REAL ESTATE DUNGOG DASH PROV. BM68 (900 METRES) |

4. Power Of The Brave hasn't won for a while, but stuck on well in BM 64 grade third-up. Gets a telling weight drop after the claim, and the drop back a furlong in trip is off-set by the 17 days between runs. 2. Curl Curl is trained on the course, and primed to peak fourth-up with blinkers going on. 3. Zoe Shark is a capable mare coming off a tough front-running BM 64 win here, but draws wide in a race with a little more depth. 7. Let's Go Again resuming and 9. Altercation coming back from metro BM 72 mares company fourth-up; can both run into the minor money.
How to play it: Power Of The Brave to win
Race 5 - 4:11PM CANGON STUD FARM BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP (1300 METRES) |

2. Puerto Banus was good late hitting the line in a Country C'ship CL4 Preview at Scone a month between runs, and boosted with the early market favourite being preferred at Canterbury on Friday night. Always holds his form, despite rising a hefty 4kg in weight. 5. Ollie's Secret is hard fit and bolted in a country BM 82 two starts ago, and draws to get a sweet run just behind the speed. 1. Sixspeed is another country-based five-year-old over the odds second-up from a softer draw. Gap to the rest headed by 8. Dark Vador who draws the fence.
How to play it: Puerto Banus to win
Race 6 - 4:50PM SETTLERS ARMS DUNGOG CUP BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP (1300 METRES) |

6. Unconquerable is a progressive mare, and the one to beat fourth-up. Was run down late in metro company on the Kensington track two starts back before chasing home the winner in a similar race to this. Gets some weight relief from an ideal draw parking right behind the speed. 2. Medinah snuck under the market radar first-up here, winning a similar graded race at big odds. Second-up form is fair, but does rise in weight. 9. Anarita impressed charging home to win a Super Maiden at Tamworth before an even effort in a smarter lineup at Wyong. If she gets the right cover from a wide draw, will be flooding home. 4. Lensman can run into a place third-up from a handy trailing draw.
How to play it: Unconquerable to win
Race 7 - 5:30PM POLYTRACK PROVINCIAL-MIDWAY CHAMPIONSHIP QUAL. (1400 METRES) |

3. Overriding is a smart local mare backing up quickly from the Hawkesbury qualifier where she had very little luck or room in the run home. That came after a strong closing effort in a metropolitan BM 88, and only needs cover and clear running when it counts. Loves it here having won four from five. 10. Welcometobarbados is bred to get further, and can peak second-up in this. Charged home to win a BM 68 here fresh, and will take that form into this next run. 4. Matcha Latte resumes behind two solid metro trials Has had very little racing since an exciting Group prep way back in the autumn of 2023. Was only run down late in the Group 3 Cameron Hcp here last spring before spelling, and the stable will ensure he's forward enough. 2. Northern Eyes is a market watch resuming from the inside draw. Was good through the line in a recent trial. 1. Lord Of Biscay is a sparingly raced home tracker. Went home best to win at the Gold Coast, then came off a break to easily claim the Ballina Cup. Again reloads over his pet trip six weeks between runs, but that's his style. 7. Prince Of Sorts is one of the better longer-priced chances returning from a nine week break, and drawn to get an economical run.
How to play it: Overriding to win
