Trainer Greg McFarlane is hoping Kembla Grange could be a launching pad to bigger things for promising filly Bremel.
Bremel can make it back-to-back wins in the Kembla Classic Twilight Races March 14 Class 1 (1000m) on Tuesday with McFarlane favouring running the filly this week instead of a similar race at the same venue in seven days time.

The daughter of Capitalist broke her maiden in style last start with a five length romp at Hawkesbury over 1000m and is the $1.85 favourite to repeat the feat with Ash Morgan aboard from barrier five.
“She is a lovely horse,” McFarlane said.
“The draw doesn’t really matter for her on those big tracks.
“She has got plenty of speed to utilize and position herself where she likes.”
Bremel would be one of three last start winners in the 1000m scamper with Mitch Beer’s all the way winner Ghielmi ($14) and the John Cooper-trained Listins Lass ($5.50) also involved.
Firework, a runner up at his past two starts, is a $4 second elect.
McFarlane is taking it race by race with Bremel in her first preparation but would be keen to test her in stakes grade if she continues to progress in the right direction.
She holds a nomination for the Group 2 $1 million Arrowfield 3YO Sprint (1200m) at Royal Randwick on April 12 but McFarlane says that’s not necessarily her target.
“You have to throw those nominations in,” he said.
“It’s only her first preparation so it’s just one you have to put in case she does step up to a level.
“It may be more appropriate to go to the P J Bell with her, the fillies’ race around the same time.
“It will depend on race by race.”
The Group 3 $250,000 P J Bell Stakes (1200m) is run a week earlier than the Arrowfield 3YO Sprint on day one of The Championships at Royal Randwick.
McFarlane also has Geewiz Johnny among the acceptors for Tuesday’s card however the gelding ran seventh at Gosford on Saturday instead.
Promising filly Mia Ballerina, trained by Chris Waller, will attempt to kick off the seven-race card on the right note as the $3.10 favourite in the Warra Club Partnership 2025 Maiden Plate (1000m).
Home track C’Mon Mate ($5 favourite) will hunt his third win in four starts in the Pacific Plan Management Benchmark 68 Handicap in the last.
