Find out what the jockeys made of their mounts after the Group 3 $250,000 Robrick Lodge Triscay Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick.
Kerrin McEvoy (Inhibitions): “Great run. She had a nice trail, she’s been running well, she was fit. We were able to just make use of a nice draw and she was up and going with a nice light weight on her back. So it was a nice race for her to get some black type.
“I was (confident a long way out). Around the corner I thought, they’ve run along in front and we were going to be running on strongly and it’s going to take a good one to beat me. So fair play to her.”

Zac Lloyd (Clear Thinking): “She ran fantastic. Just the barrier has cost her today. Her day will come.”
Adam Hyeronimus (Commemorative): “Brilliant run first-up. She’s in for a very good preparation.”
Josh Parr (Tashi): “I thought that was a good effort. Under the handicap conditions, I think she’s performed really well.”
Jordan Childs (Kundalini): “She was a little bit plain. I was probably just close to my top most of the way and she didn’t really finish off. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt first time back at the races.”
Jason Collett (Cigar Flick): “Probably found that speed during the middle section too quick and it took away my finish late. I wasn’t far off them.”
Ashley Morgan (Bonita Queen): “She was good. She goes pretty hard so probably didn’t see the 1200 out here. I wouldn’t put it past her getting it.”
Tyler Schiller (Spring Lee): “I thought she had every chance. She was probably just a touch out of her comfort zone up behind the speed.”
Alysha Collett (Beour Bay): “She’s run a brave race. They were a little bit too sharp for her but 1400m and a wet track might be up her alley from now on.”
