Yes Yes Yes gave his rivals a start and a beating in the Todman Stakes at Randwick giving Chris Waller his best ever chance to win a Golden Slipper in a fortnight.
Blake Shinn (Yes Yes Yes): “That was a dynamic performance from an exceptional horse. He settled out the back off a quick speed, just enjoyed the first part of the race, come into it when we
wanted and he was explosive when I gave him an inch of rein. Bring on the Slipper.”

Sam Clipperton (Dubious): “Great run, just needed a bit more pressure, but he’s on song.”
Jason Collett (Time To Reign): “No real excuses to be honest, we were looking to get him in amongst them today taking a sit, we got that and he switched off, but didn’t switch back on. Obviously the firmer track, but he seemed to feel fine on it. Just didn’t have the turn foot when they sprinted.”
Kerrin McEvoy (Strasbourg): “Good run, he was just getting organised that last 100m.”
James McDonald (Bivouac): “Ridden a bit upside down and he didn’t finish it off as well as I’d hoped, but still a nice horse.”
Tommy Berry (Spring Loaded): “Disappointing.”
Tim Clark (Bellevue Hill): “Enormous performance.”
Andrew Adkins (War Baron): “Little bit sharp for him over six furlongs, I’d like to see him over seven or eight furlongs, he’d be a different horse.”
