Find out what the jockeys made of their mounts after the Listed $200,000 Darley Lonhro Plate (1000m) at Royal Randwick.
Regan Bayliss (Bellazaine): “She is a filly that came through that spring form of the Gimcrack which has really stood up. She is a big, long, rangy and scopey filly that’s only going to get better once she gets over a little bit further.
“The Godolphin colt that’d had a run under his belt challenged her and she was tough right through the line.
“She is still a little bit baulky and having a look around at things. Tim has done most of the work on her and I grew confidence in hearing what he had to say about her. She didn’t disappoint today.”

Adam Hyeronimus (Beiwacht): “Nice horse. Plenty of upside.”
James McDonald (Extractor): “Really good run. Happy with him.”
Zac Lloyd (Chergui): “He had a tough run from the barrier.”
Tyler Schiller (Algorithmic): “Great debut. I think he still has a bit of improvement, but going up in trip will certainly help."
Tim Clark (Anarchist): “He’s better than that.”
Chad Schofield (Banknote Hustler): “A nice debut. He found them a little bit sharp, but he’ll be much better over six furlongs.”
Kerrin McEvoy (Benevac): “Next prep for him.”
Jason Collett (Brat Summer): “Good run for an inexperienced horse.”
Ashley Morgan (Kerber): “I thought she ran well. She’s a big filly that’s going to be a three-year-old, later two-year-old at minimum. Gave me a nice feel through the run, a little bit raw, but she will be a lovely filly.”
Jay Ford (Lady Talea): “Good experience for her, just a bit before her time.”
