It's all systems go for Gosford's race meeting scheduled on Thursday (10th April).
"We are thrilled that our race meeting this coming Thursday will proceed as scheduled," said Gosford Race Club's CEO, Daniel Lacey.
"Racing NSW Stewards have reviewed the condition of the track and are pleased with its management.
"Our Track Manager, Stephen Scollard, has worked closely with the Stewards and they are satisfied with the track's preparation leading up to the event, which included intensive Verti Draining and track slicing.
"These works have aerated the sub turf level to reduce unwanted moisture and two course proper gallops have been staged with three horses in each.
"Multiple sections of the track were tested to ensure that the track is both safe and racing at optimal levels and additionally, the rail will be out 3 metres the entire circumference."
