ATC Signs New Partnership With Racing And Sports

Australian Turf Club has signed a new partnership with one of the world’s fastest-growing digital media companies Racing and Sports for a range of wagering and media services, and year-round support of Sydney racing.

The Racing and Sports Punters Podium will be a regular feature on course at major racedays at Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens during the upcoming spring for the Sydney Everest Carnival along with the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.

The podium allows on-course customers to buy shares before Racing and Sports form and wagering experts place bets at Sydney meetings during the raceday, with overall winning dividends shared among ticketholders.

Racing and Sports have naming rights for two Group races in Sydney – the Group 2 $400,000 Racing and Sports Golden Pendant at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday 24 September and the Group 3 $200,000 Racing and Sports Doncaster Prelude at Royal Randwick on 25 March next year.

Racing and Sports will also support a number of other Australian Turf Club meetings across the season.

Australian Turf Club and Racing and Sports have again joined in providing a free transcript and statistics service along with raceday media resources throughout the coming months and Sydney Everest Carnival.

Australian Turf Club Executive General Manager Racing and Wagering, James Ross welcomed the new partnership to Sydney racing.

“Racing and Sports is one of the world’s most respected digital media companies and continues to grow and innovate in the racing and wagering sectors in Australia and internationally," Mr Ross said.

“The on-course wagering experience is a key focus of the Australian Turf Club and the return of the popular Punters Podium with the support of Racing and Sports adds tremendous atmosphere to a raceday.

“We thank and congratulate Racing and Sports for partnering with the Australian Turf Club and our major races, and we look forward to introducing further exciting developments in racing information for ATC Members and customers."

Stephen Crispe, CEO of Racing and Sports (ASX:RTH) said: “We are extremely proud to expand on our relationship as a key strategic partner of the Australian Turf Club (ATC), one of the most iconic racing Clubs in the thoroughbred racing world.

“Racing and Sports looks forward to working with the ATC as a Club with a strong sense of community and a storied history. With this partnership we will work with the ATC to bring on-course events, such as the Punters Podium, and technology-based innovation.

“Our own history at Racing and Sports prioritises providing quality data, enhanced content and SaaS solutions to the global racing and wagering industries.

"The synergies between Racing and Sports and the ATC are obvious, and we anticipate this partnership will be of significant mutual value to both parties."
