Australian Turf Club Head of Racing and Wagering, Nevesh Ramdhani said: “The Australian Turf Club is again delighted to partner with Darley for the 2024 Darley Princess Series, Australia’s most prestigious racing event for three-year-old fillies.

“The four-race series is unique, stretching in distances from 1200m before culminating in the $750,000 [Group 1] Darley Flight Stakes over the famous Royal Randwick mile.

“The Darley Princess Series further elevates the Australian breeding and racing industries globally and the Australian Turf Club is pleased to be a part of this growth and continuing a long partnership with Darley.”

Alastair Pulford, Head of Stallions at Darley Australia expressed his excitement for the Darley Princess Series’ sixth year, emphasising its consistent showcase of Australia’s best three-year-old fillies.

“We’re committed to supporting Black Type and Group racing, rewarding breeders who achieve significant milestones," Mr Pulford said.

“The Black Type racing aspect drives trainers, owners and breeders to target these races and we enhance this by offering winning breeders a nomination to one of the Darley stallions.

“This year, breeders have the chance to secure a nomination in Cylinder, Golden Mile, Triple Time and Native Trail, all Group 1 winners standing their first season at stud in 2024.”
