Appeal By Licensed Trainer Colette Cooper Concluded

Colette Cooper
Licensed trainer Colette Cooper lodged an appeal against penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR178 and AR178F. Ms Cooper was fined $500 and disqualified for a total of 9 months, thus allowing Ms Cooper to re-apply for her trainer's licence on 12 October 2018.

This appeal was heard on Thursday 15, February 2018 at the offices of Racing NSW commencing at 10:30am.

The Appeal Panel gave the following orders:-

1. Appeal against penalty dismissed
2. Penalty for breach of AR178 of a 9-month disqualification confirmed
3. Penalty of a $500 fine for breach of AR178F confirmed
4. Appeal deposit forfeited
