A Touch Of Pink In Support Of Breast Cancer - Newcastle

Newcastle Racecourse will host the ninth annual Clubs in the Community Race Day in support of Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation this Saturday 15 July.

Supported by Newcastle Jockey Club, Pink Race Day aims to raise $100,000 for Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.

Whilst the popular day PINK Marquee as well as the Cocktail Party are sold out, $10 and $5 respectively from each ticket sold is being donated to Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.

Guests are invited to celebrate the memory of a loved-one touched by breast cancer by purchasing a pink balloon for $5 and placing it on the Celebration Wall.

For those wanting a casual afternoon of racing, a general entry ticket to Newcastle Racecourse is only $12 or $3 for students.

Head to newly refurbished Ascot Bar and enjoy the atmosphere and live music in the bar with Bonny Rai 12:00-4:30pm, and when the races are on, step outside experience the thrill of being trackside and watch the horses thunder past.

Gates open at 10:45am with the first race at 11:49am and the last race at 4:16pm.
