Jockey Welfare Report - Patrick Scorse (Randwick, Weds)

Apprentice jockey Patrick Scorse was engaged for two rides on the Kensington Track on Wednesday but prior to taking his rides, he became ill, complaining of a migraine. Patrick was assessed by the Club's Doctor and declared unfit to fulfil his rides. He will be transported to Prince of Wales Hospital for further assessment.

[Update at 4:15pm on Thursday 4th April]: Racing NSW's Dr Duckworth reports that Patrick Scorse is fine. He had some scans yesterday that were clear and Patrick may possibly return to riding next Tuesday.
