Jockey Reece Jones – Amended Dates Of Suspension
Racing NSW Stewards have acceded to an application from Reece Jones to alter the dates of the careless riding suspension he incurred at yesterday’s Canterbury Park race meeting emanating from his ride on Dollar Magic in Race 7 (KIA Canterbury Sprint).
The amended dates of the suspension will result in Reece Jones being suspended from Thursday, 9 January 2025 to Saturday, 18 January 2024, on which day he may ride. The amended penalty includes 5 race meetings, consistent with the penalty issued by Stewards at Canterbury Park.
