Injured Trackwork Rider Amy Blakemore (Hawkesbury, Tuesday)

Trackwork rider Amy Blakemore was injured after suffering a fall during morning trackwork at Hawkesbury on Tuesday [3rd March].

[Update at 11am on Wednesday 4th March]: Racing NSW's Dr Duckworth reports Amy Blakemore was admitted to Westmead Hospital last night with back pain and some leg numbness.

An MRI scan of her spine was normal so she was admitted for observation overnight due to pain and is likely to be discharged this morning.
