Injured Riders Update - George Roberts & Lauren Bentley

Please note the following:

George Roberts, a trackwork rider for trainer Richard Litt, suffered a fall at Warwick Farm on Monday morning (29th June). George has a suspected abdominal injury after his mount reared over on top of him and was transported to Liverpool Hospital for further observation.
[Update at 3:15pm on Monday 29th June]: Racing NSW's Dr. Duckworth reports that George was rushed to surgery with a ruptured spleen. He may also have some fractured ribs and will be in hospital for the next few days recovering.

Trackwork rider Lauren Bentley was dislodged from her mount at Kembla Grange on Monday morning (29th June). Lauren suffered soreness to her back and was transported to Wollongong Hospital by ambulance for further tests.
