Injured Rider Update - Chad Schofield (Hawkesbury, Tuesday)

Jockey Chad Schofield was dislodged from his mount during a preliminary prior to the running of Race 6 at Hawkesbury on Tuesday. He was experiencing discomfort to his right wrist and has been stood down.

[Update at midday on Wednesday]: Chad’s manager has advised that Chad underwent x-rays of his right hand/wrist on Wednesday morning which were clear of any fractures. Chad has a soft tissue injury that requires resting.
