Injured Jockey - Julia Presits
Apprentice jockey Julia Presits has been injured at Warwick Farm this morning while riding for trainer Gary Portelli.
While going on to the poly track, her horse reared over on top of her.
She has a suspected collarbone injury and has been taken to Liverpool hospital.
(Update 1pm): Julia has a fractured collarbone and is resting in a sling.
She will be discharged from hospital today.
Dr Duckworth will review her X-rays to determine if she needs surgery or not.
