About the role
The Sales and Marketing Manager will spearhead efforts to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at securing new business, clients and partnerships for our diverse portfolio of racing and events. The candidate will have a thorough understanding of both above and below the line advertising methods with a focus on social and digital marketing.

By leveraging strong market research, creative marketing campaigns, and effective relationship management skills, the Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for exploring new revenue streams and market segments, driving growth, value and retention, as well as fostering both new and existing relationships. The role will act as a commercial consultant to the business.

This role combines commercial acumen, relationship management and strategic thinking to assist in the delivery of exceptional experiences within the dynamic realm of racing and events.

About you
The ideal candidate will have a compelling and engaging sales personality with a hunger to chase and close new business as well as a passion for driving successful and meaningful relationships with our existing and potential partners and sponsors.

By developing and implementing compelling marketing campaigns the candidate will assist in driving the overall growth of the business.
