Asset & Maintenance Supervisor
NJC is calling for applicants from suitably experienced and qualified professionals for the full-time position of Asset & Maintenance Supervisor (AMS) to oversee all building and asset maintenance functions and operations at Newcastle Racecourse.
The successful applicant will be a hands-on and highly driven individual with an eye for detail who is available for an immediate start.
The AMS will be accountable for the club’s maintenance operational plan and the delivery of systems, upgrades and maintenance within agreed budgetary boundaries.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working as a key member of the NJC’s Executive team, the AMS will take a leadership role in developing and implementing the Club’s annual operational plans for CAPEX and repairs and maintenance, and oversee all of the Club’s IT/computer, Public Address, video/screen and communication systems.
