Race 1, No.5 - ZIPPY POWER: The Kris Lees stable has advised the mare underwent surgery on her right eye for a corneal ulcer on 6th June 2023.
Race 3, No.5 - TRACY'S SPIRIT: The Kris Lees stable advised the filly underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone chip from both knees.
Race 5, No.1 - DREAMBENDER: Trainer Todd Howlett advised the entire had arthroscopic surgery after its last start (13th January 2023).

HAWKESBURY (Saturday 2nd September)
Race 7, No.4 - EXTREME FREEDOM: The Robert & Luke Price stable advised that the gelding underwent tie-back surgery.
Race 8, No.7 - LOVING CILLA: The Greg Hickman stable advised that the mare underwent tie-back surgery.

MUDGEE (Sunday 3rd September)
Race 3, No.1 - ZIPPY POWER: The Kris Lees stable advised the mare underwent surgery on her right eye for a corneal ulcer on 6th June 2023. The mare has trialled on two occasions subsequently at Gosford on 26/6/2023 and Newcastle 9/8/2023.
Race 5, No.1 - ALWAYS ON SHOW: The Kris Lees stable advised the mare has undergone arthroscopic surgery to the near fore knee since its last race start. The mare has barrier trialled on two occasions subsequently at Gosford on 26/6/2023 and Newcastle 9/8/2023.
Race 5, No.2 - GALAXY BELLE: The Kris Lees stable advised the mare has undergone arthroscopic surgery to the off fore knee since its last race start. The mare has barrier trialled on three occasions subsequently at Gosford on 26/6/2023, Newcastle 9/8/2023 and Gosford 25/8/2023.

Race 4, No.6 - HARBOUR GOLD: The Brett Cavanough stable advised the unraced gelding had tie-forward surgery and a standing laser aryepiglottic fold resection procedure completed on 30th March 2023.
