Possibly So - Scratched From Country Championships Final

Racing NSW Stewards are in receipt of a veterinary certificate confirming that Possibly So, the second placegetter in the CDRA Country Championships Qualifier conducted at Mudgee on 19 February 2023, is not suitable to start in Saturday's Newhaven Park Country Championships Final.

The horse was found to be lame (2/5) in the near hind leg with noticeable swelling to the lateral aspect of the near hind pastern.

Accordingly, Possibly So has been withdrawn from the Newhaven Park Country Championships Final to be run at Royal Randwick on Saturday, 1 April 2023.

De Forerunner, the third placegetter in the CDRA Country Championships Qualifier, now replaces Possibly So in the Country Championships Final.
