Old Harbour - Scratched From Country Championships Final

Trainer Mr Michael Mulholland has advised Racing NSW Stewards that Old Harbour, the winner of the CDRA Qualifying Heat of the Country Championships, was found to have sustained a tendon injury following its run at Hawkesbury on 16 March 2021, requiring veterinary treatment and a spell.

A veterinary certificate has been received by Racing NSW confirming the injury.

Accordingly, Old Harbour has been scratched from the Newhaven Park Country Championships Final to be conducted at Royal Randwick on 3 April 2021.

Healing Hands, which finished 3rd in the CDRA Qualifying Heat, now gains a start in the Country Championships Final. Trainer of Healing Hands, Ms Gayna Williams has informed Racing NSW Stewards that Healing Hands will take its place in the final.

Wagering Operators are requested to remove Old Harbour from the betting markets of the Country Championships Final.
