Licensed Jockey Serg Lisnyy Lodges An Appeal

Licensed Jockey Serg Lisnyy has lodged an appeal against conviction penalty after being found guilty by the Stewards under AR137(a) after his ride on Moonlight Spy in Race 4 (Benchmark 66 Handicap 1100m) at Scone Racecourse on Monday, 19 November 2018.

Following a Stewards inquiry on this date Mr Lisnyy was suspended for a period commencing Sunday, 25 November 2018 and to expire on Sunday, 2 December on which day he may ride.

This appeal has been set for Monday, 26 November 2018 to commence not before 11.30am.
