Level 2 Hot Weather Policy Invoked For Muswellbrook (Monday)

Please be advised that as temperatures are forecast to reach 39 degrees at Muswellbrook on Monday (29th January), Level 2 of the Hot Weather Policy has been invoked.

Trainers are reminded that runners must be on-course at least 2 hours prior to the advertised starting time of their respective races, as this allows sufficient time to cool the horse, prior to the race.

It is particularly important for those horses traveling significant distances to race meetings, allowing them time to be actively cooled, if necessary, prior to racing.
