Dangers: 3. Taipan Legend ran well when finishing second at Dubbo when resuming from a spell and the was midfield at Scone at his latest outing. He should run well here. 9. Trust A Kitty has been placed in all four starts since resuming from a spell and hit the line well after being held up for a run when third at Warren last time out. 2. Infinite Prince has been just behind the placings in recent runs and is not the worst in this line-up.

4. Charlie Magic ran a great race at Wellington last weekend only to be run down late by Bylong. He should push forward from a good gate again in this and take plenty of running down.

Dangers: 8. Avonlee is a filly on debut here and she has won a Dubbo trial leading into this. She has the advantage of gate one which should assist her chances. 1. Masque Listo is having his first start and has been fitted for this with two recent trials and he should be hitting the line well. 2. Hard Too Impress finished second in his only two starts earlier in the year and he warrants respect in this.

5. Up To Us is a well bred son of Dundeel that has had three trials leading into this debt effort. He was close-up in the latest of them at Scone and only needs to run up to that effort in order to be a leading contender again in this.

Dangers: 1. Beauty Edge is resuming from a spell here for a new stable and has been placed in three of his four starts. Kody Nestor takes the ride and a bold showing is expected. 2. Arambys was placed in his latest two starts before being spelled ad has performed well in a trial leading into this resuming run. 3. Johnny Boz is a former Victorian on debut for a new stable and bears close watching.

How to play it: Up To Us EACH WAY.

2. Hit The Rim had been racing well before fighting on strongly when hitting the line well from back in the field to score a last start win. He has drawn the inside gate here and another bold showing is on the cards.

Dangers: 3. Shen Gui was placed in a couple on end at Taree and Coonamble before a last start seventh at Dubbo. He’s talented at best and has claims here. 4. Shaquila led throughout to score at Orange last time out and warrants thought if he can run up to that effort again in this. 6. Smart Roostar has been midfield in each of his three starts since resuming from a spell and he is worth including among the main chances.

How to play it: Hit The Rim WIN.

6. Bylong was on debut at Wellington last weekend and enjoyed a good run just behind the speed before hitting the line well to score a strong win. He can go on with the job in this if he races anywhere near the way he did last weekend.

Dangers: 3. Romantic Love debuted at Warren two weeks ago and showed speed to race on the speed and dash away to score with ease. He’s drawn wide here but looks to have ability and can go on with the job. 5. Grins showed pace at Wellington last Sunday and held on well to finish second for a third straight start. 2. Gecko Coin resumed from a long spell with a fifth at this track and has since had two trials to be kept up to the mark.

How to play it: Bylong WIN.

3. Open Pearly Gates has only had the four starts but he has a win and two second placings to his name from those efforts. He was a winner at Dubbo earlier this month and since then has finished fourth at Scone when close-up. He looks to have more upside than most of his rivals in this.

Dangers: 1. Interventionist ran home well to score a strong victory at Wagga when last produced and only needs to repeat that performance in order to be hard to hold out again here. 5. Star Intrigue was a strong winner at Bathurst two starts ago and then finished third at Dubbo last time out behind Ain’t She Swell in what was a solid effort. 7. Margaret’s Missile has been racing well and comes into this on the back of a last start Orange victory.

How to play it: Open Pearly Gates WIN.

1. Vincenzo is a well performed galloper that has been racing well of late with a win at Scone four starts ago before being followed with solid efforts in the Dubbo and Coonamble Cup before a last start last on the Kensington track. He’s won a trial since then and looms as the one to beat here.

Dangers: 2. Lockdown Gamble is classy at best and was a winner at Dubbo three starts ago when resuming from a spell. He was since close-up when fifth at Warwick Farm before finishing down the track in the Little Dance at Randwick against stronger grade. This is a more suitable event for him. 3. Macleay started at big odds but raced well when sitting on the speed and hitting the line too well to win the Coonabarabran Cup at his latest start. This looks well within his reach. 4. Sea Of Flames was a last start second at Warren and has the talent to give this a shake.

How to play it: Vincenzo WIN.

7. Stratified held on well to score a last start Warren victory and he only needs to run up to that to be hard to hold out again in this.

Dangers: 1. Jet Empress was back in winning form when scoring at Dubbo as favourite when last produced and she has the ability to make an impact again in this. 4. Watch Me Rumble ran well enough when a last start fourth at Warren and could be placed here on her best form. 2. Gidgee Guy resumed from a spell with a second to Jet Empress at Dubbo and he can figure again with a repeat.
