Injured Trackwork Rider Paul Bernandino (Wagga, Thursday)

Trackwork rider Paul Bernandino was involved in a fall at Wagga Wagga trackwork this morning (Thursday 7th February) while he was riding a two-year-old.

Paul is suffering from hip and back pain and was transported to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital for further examination. Paul's manager has been notified.

[Update at 5pm on Thursday 7th February]: Paul Bernandino has been discharged from hospital following his fall during trackwork at Wagga earlier today. His scans have revealed no breaks or fractures, suffering only minor bruising to his hip and leg.
